Colorado Real Estate Inventory – Number of Homes For Sale – Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath, Windsor
The number of homes for sale and on the market as we speak is up compared to last year, unless we are talking about Loveland. Fort Collins has a 6.4% increase from July last year to this. Loveland has fewer homes on the market, while Windsor and Timnath, boosted by new construction, are up significantly.

The change in inventory for Fort Collins gives buyers a few more homes to consider, but isn’t a massive change from last year to this. Plus, it’s a very fine line between Windsor, Timnath and Fort Collins (literally). So the increase there, and the close proximity to Fort Collins, may be of interest to those searching for a home in Northern Colorado.
Timnath’s increase in number of homes for sale has almost doubled. Windsor’s numbers are increasing, and will only continue to do so because The Ridge at Harmony Road, a Richmond American new construction project, is set to add possibly hundreds of homes by this time next year.
