It’s almost shocking to see where prices were in 2013 compared to now. As you can with the interactive features of this chart, the median home price in Greeley, Colorado was $155,000 in 2013. Now it is at $281,500. With this current median home price coming in at under $300,000, perhaps this is why Greeley is a currently quite popular with investors.
It has almost doubled. It’s a similar story for all of these Colorado ‘burghs. Up and up is the trajectory we’ve seen, and I’m not sure that we’ve seen an end to the solid increase in value of property in our colorful state.
Timnath, in 2013, held a median home price of just over $322,000. Now, the median is over $500,000.
Johnstown was a click over $209,000, and now is just over $366,000.
Berthoud’s median home price was at $241,625 and now it sits at $406,357.
