People often ask me, “How’s the Fort Collins real estate market?” To which I always answer, “Which segment?”
In the lower price points, given that a healthy market has enough inventory to last about six months, the market is ill. And not ill in a good, Beastie Boys kinda way. 🙂
However, when we start moving into the higher price points, there is more inventory, just as we might expect.

As we look at the months supply of homes in this price point, we can see that it is trending lower, but is still higher than the less than two months supply of homes in the lower priced segment.
