These numbers are holding steady in their growth. Fort Collins median sales price went up by just $2,000 since my last blog post on this subject (from Dec. 13, 2018, click here). Timnath went up by $10,000 since I last published on this, but that is due to the fact that there are some higher price point homes that sell in Timnath on a regular basis, even though there are also quite a few new construction home that are priced closer to the median sales price of a home in Fort Collins.
Fort Collins – $387,000
Loveland – $349,900
Windsor – $410,540
Timnath – $522,500
Loveland’s median sales price, as you can see, went up by a paltry $900. Windsor, likewise, was almost flat, adding only a couple hundred dollars to the median sales price of a home.
