Weld County Property Value Assessments for 2019 Are Out

Weld County property owners have until June 1, 2019 to appeal the value the county put on their real estate.

This value dictates how much money owners pay annually in taxes for the properties they own.

I have to take my hat off to Weld County. Their website was slightly easier to navigate than other counties nearby. Only slightly, and the other websites were fine, but after clicking to the Weld County Assessor’s website, it was very easy to find their appeal page.
