Median Sales Prices Are Up – Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Colorado
Median Sales Prices Northern Colorado
Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath
Prices have been steadily rising, as you can see by the chart, for years now. Looking back through 2014, the line steadily rises. Fort Collins has risen 4% since this time last year, and only Windsor has less than a few percentage point gains.
The popularity of this area combined with the continual improvement we are seeing across the board—in infrastructure, services, and the influx of varieties of businesses, is drawing people to this area.
People have many questions, but the one I hear the most often is “Are Colorado home prices and values going to continue to go up?”
