Fort Collins Real Estate Inventory Trends

Below you will find charts that look at the average number of Fort Collins homes for sale displayed in long view (10 years) and short (one year). 

Most of the time, a pattern recurs year after year. Though the number of homes for sale varies, we generally see a patter of the most homes on the market around August September, and the least amount around February-March.

Median Sales Price Flow

Notice the flow of the median sales price of homes in Fort Collins throughout the years. Sometimes, median price dips  down at the same time the November inventory is still fairly robust. 

This could be a good time to buy.
