3. Booking and Payment

5. Liability and Insurance

• Standard liability coverage: $0.60 per pound per item, as per regulations.
• Optional enhanced insurance available for purchase.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or inherent defects.
• Client-packed items.
• Unforeseeable events like natural disasters.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations 48+ hours prior: Full deposit refund.
• Within 48 hours: Deposit non-refundable.
• No refunds for Services partially or fully performed.

Paul Moving may cancel due to extenuating circumstances, offering alternatives.

7. Prohibited Items

For safety and compliance, we do not transport:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, chemicals).
• Perishables.
• Illegal substances.
• Live animals or plants without prior approval.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through mediation in the state of Service origin, governed by its laws.
